Fluorescent Penetrant Testing System – Magnaflux

The ZA-1227 is a compact fluorescent liquid penetrant inspection system for low-volume batch inspection of small and medium-sized parts, including aerospace fasteners, automotive parts, and surgical implant inspection.

Three different system configurations are available:

1) ZA-1227 for five-station water-washable liquid penetrant testing method A;

2) ZA-1227 for six-station post-emulsifiable, hydrophilic method B;

3) ZA-1227 for seven-station post-emulsifiable, hydrophilic method D.
