WCP-2 360º is a white contrast ink that provides a high-contrast background to increase visibility and sensitivity during visible magnetic particle inspections.
Operating Principle
Applied before inspection, the white paint creates an opaque background on which the colored magnetic particles are deposited. This allows the indications to appear clearly and prominently, optimizing the detection of flaws and discontinuities. The WCP-2 360º can be used with any type of visible magnetic particles, such as 7HF 360º, 2 Yellow, or 8A Red.
