The TT03C Series digital cap torque meters are fast and cost-effective solutions for basic portable cap torque testing. These instruments eliminate the need to clamp closures to a more complex test fixture or system, making the process more convenient and efficient.
A dedicated remote torque sensor with a Jacobs chuck is included with the TT03C meters, ensuring accurate measurement. Additionally, they are supplied with a universal grip for caps from 0.65 to 1.55 in (16.5 to 39.4 mm) in diameter, ensuring compatibility with a variety of cap types.
The meters include MESUR® Lite software for tabulating continuous or individual data points, enabling detailed analysis. One-click export to Excel facilitates further manipulation of the collected data.
