Description
SKL-SP2 – Solvent-Removable Visible Penetrant
SKL-SP2 is a solvent-removable penetrant that provides maximum reliability in detecting surface discontinuities. With a visible red color contrast and exceptional penetration characteristics, it is ideal for industrial applications, especially welding operations.
Operating Principle
SKL-SP2 is formulated to reveal open surface flaws and discontinuities, ensuring high-resolution flaw detection. It can be removed with solvent or used with a post-application emulsifier for greater inspection accuracy. Highly reliable, it can be applied to non-porous ceramics, castings, forgings, welds, and general metallurgy.
Benefits
- High reliability: Accurately detects surface discontinuities.
- Exceptional penetration characteristics: Improves inspection quality.
- High contrast color: Visible, well-defined indications.
- Good for rough surfaces: Ideal for demanding inspections.
- Versatility: Can be used in a wide range of industrial applications.
