Settling Tube for Visible Magnetic Particle – Bath Concentration Measurement
The Visible Particle Settling Tube is an essential accessory for accurately measuring the concentration of fluorescent magnetic particle baths in a wet method. It is recommended for testing with visible magnetic particles, where very high inspection sensitivity is required.
Operating Principle
Each Magnaflux decantation tube is individually calibrated to accurately monitor the concentration of magnetic particles in suspensions and identify contamination levels in the bath. Designed to meet the recommendations of major magnetic particle testing standards.

Usage Recommendations
- Place 100 mL of the finished product into the tube, following the instructions.
- Wait for the decantation time:
- For baths with water: 30 minutes.
- For baths using oil: 60 minutes.
- Keep the tube on a stable surface, without vibrations or magnetic fields interfering with the decantation.
