Description
Aberlink Extol CMM
Overview
True to Aberlink’s tradition of innovation, the Extol is the world’s first CMM to use a delta mechanism. Designed for robustness and reliability, Extol runs like clockwork, making it ideal for placement next to machine tools, within manufacturing cells, or dedicated inspection areas. Five temperature sensors monitor both the machine and environment, ensuring measurement results as if at 20 °C, even in uncontrolled environments. The software also warns of thermal variation outside accepted metrological standards. Automatic tool offset correction via Aberlink 3D software allows full integration into automated production lines. Its ergonomic design enables quick spot checks and batch inspections, with generous access and automation compatibility. With a larger measuring volume and smaller footprint than the Xtreme, Extol can be placed where measurement is needed. Robust, precise, and dependable — Extol is the perfect solution for automated quality checks on critical parts.
