METRIOS Digital and Automatic Optical Measurement System
Description
METRIOS performs measurements using a non-contact optical system. The system consists of a high-resolution sensor and three different illumination systems.

Coaxial episcopic illuminator
The integrated coaxial episcopic illuminator is ideal for uniform illumination of surfaces, making it possible to measure every single detail on the surface, such as blind holes or inscriptions and markings. Unlike other measuring systems, the coaxial episcopic illuminator is a standard feature of METRIOS, eliminating the need for bulky and costly additional options.
Ring illuminator with up to 640 LEDs
Programmable for up to 16 sectors. With two rings with different inclination angles, the ring illuminator illuminates the part from any angle. It is height-adjustable and can detect chamfers or other elements on the surface. This powerful lighting solution, unique in its category, outperforms ambient lighting conditions.

Measurement Software
Highly practical and intuitive, it doesn't require specialized operators. The monitor provides an immediate pass/fail classification result. The operator observes the live image of the part directly on the screen and has the same practical experience as when using a profile projector. Measurements highlighted by the program are displayed on the live image of the element. This function provides the operator with immediate control.

METRIOS (95 x 65 mm field of view): High resolution for small and medium-sized parts/components.
METRIOS HD (23 x 23 mm field of view): Highest resolution in the series. Captures the finest details in micro parts/components.
METRIOS CROSS (95 x 65 mm field of view): Sliding guide along the X and Y axes. Large working area and high resolution across the entire field of view.
METRIOS HD CROSS (23 x 23 mm field of view): Highest resolution in the series. Sliding guide along the X and Y axes.
