Description
Aberlink 3D Software
General Description
Aberlink 3D software was written by engineers for engineers and sets the industry standard as the easiest-to-use software for 3D machines. While a component is being measured on the 3D machine, a representation is built on the screen. The user simply clicks on the geometric figures to annotate directly on the drawing.
We have adapted our software to the Fulcrum 3D machine to provide an intuitive experience, guiding you step-by-step to measure your parts throughout the machining process. The software features can be easily assigned to magnetic buttons; by placing the probe over these buttons, the machine will perform the assigned function, eliminating the need to use the computer mouse.
Inspection Reports
The inspection reports include various templates to meet any need: reports with graphical representations, and reports with dimensions presented in table format showing nominal values, tolerances, errors, pass/fail criteria, geometric tolerances, etc. All these reports can be exported as an Excel spreadsheet.
Description and Features
The Fulcrum is a revolutionary manual 3D machine that employs three rotary axes. Aberlink has created a compact and portable design that allows you to use it wherever needed, whether in the workshop or near your machine tools. It is designed to optimize inspection as parts exit the machine one operation at a time, providing feedback to the machining process as soon as possible, before the final inspection and incurring further costs.
A simpler user interface has been developed for Aberlink measurement software, making it even easier to use on your manual 3D machine while retaining full functionality. After manually scanning the part, the critical features are automatically recognized and the dimensions are displayed.
Manual 3D Machine FULCRUM
The intuitive software and innovative design mean you can measure your parts within minutes of powering on the Fulcrum 3D machine, even without prior operating experience. It will quickly become the tool of choice for ad-hoc inspections, whether for initial run inspections, quality control of small batches, or CNC machine setup. The Fulcrum is the easiest-to-learn and use 3D machine.
