EV6000 - Portable Ultraviolet LED Light Lamp
The EV6000 is a portable ultraviolet LED light fixture designed for non-destructive testing (NDT) applications using magnetic particles or fluorescent liquid penetrants. These UV lights utilize Magnaflux's latest LED technology, which combines Magnaflux's 5 years of experience designing LED NDTs and over 85 years of experience in NDT.
UV-A light radiation is generated by specialized high-performance LEDs and focused through custom-designed optics to provide the largest coverage area on the market.
The EV6000 features a uniform, spot-free beam measuring 230 mm wide, 33% larger than any other light fixture on the market. The custom-designed optics provide intense, even UV-A coverage for clearly visible indications; an integrated filter ensures minimal visible light (white light) emission. Durability is enhanced by advanced fanless cooling and a lens that will not fog over time. The EV6000 boasts low power consumption, environmental friendliness, and is certified to non-destructive testing standards for LED UV luminaires, as well as Aerospace Prime certification and OEM specifications for emission spectrum and beam profile.
Each unit ships with a manufacturer's certificate of conformity that meets or exceeds all current specifications for use with fluorescent dye penetrant and magnetic particle testing.
