Force and Torque Measurement with the F Series and IntelliMESUR®

Simplified Force Measurement

Force measurement just got easier and more flexible with the Mark-10's completely redesigned F-Series test columns and IntelliMESUR® software. From a centralized touchscreen control panel, you can create basic or multi-step tests, view graphs and results, and generate customizable product reports.

IntelliMESUR® Software

IntelliMESUR® is an integrated solution that runs on Windows tablets and PCs. Choose a preloaded 10.1" tablet with a mounting bracket, or use your own Windows device. With IntelliMESUR®, you can create and run a wide variety of basic and multi-step assays, including:

Limit test for a load, break or distance

Height measurement

Load support

Cyclic test

Multi-stage testing using any combination of motion control and data collection functions

Intelligent Force Sensors

The FS05 Series force sensors mount directly to the F105, F305, F505, and F505H crosshead without connecting cables. They are available in ranges from 0.12 to 500 lbF (0.5 N to 2.5 kN). The R07 Series S-beam force sensors accommodate higher force ranges and are also compatible with Plug & Test® technology, with ranges available from 50 to 1,500 lbF (250 N to 7.5 kN).
