7HF 360º – Magnetic Particle Aerosol for Non-Destructive Testing
The 7HF 360º is a highly sensitive, black visible magnetic particle aerosol designed for the non-fluorescent wet method of magnetic particle testing. Ideal for detecting fine and medium discontinuities in finished parts.
Operating Principle
7HF 360º is applied directly to magnetized parts, creating well-defined markings that allow inspection under visible light. To improve contrast and inspection sensitivity, it can be used with WCP-2 white contrast paint. Its aerosol format allows for uniform surface coverage and can be applied in any position, including upside down.
