20B - Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Concentrate
20B is a highly sensitive magnetic particle premix powder used to locate fine discontinuities in parts from high-volume production lines such as forging, casting, stamping, and welding. Combining the best magnetic particle on the market, 14A, with corrosion inhibitors and wetting agents, 20B is a premix for magnetic particle baths. The ultrasensitive 14A particles provide bright green, bright, fluorescent indications under ultraviolet light for inspection quality and accuracy, and the water conditioners provide corrosion protection and complete surface wetting. 20B is a great option for baths that require frequent changes due to drag or heavy use, and is ideal for in-process testing to detect cracks, folds, inclusions, wrinkles, tears, and chips. 20B meets all major industry requirements and NDT specifications, including automotive, API, and ASTM standards.
