14A Redi-Bath – Fluorescent Suspension for Non-Destructive Testing
14A Redi-Bath is a highly sensitive, water-based fluorescent magnetic particle suspension designed to detect very fine discontinuities in critical parts. Its concentrated bath contains the 14A particle plus water conditioning agents, antifoams and corrosion inhibitors.
Operating Principle
14A Redi-Bath is diluted in water for use and sprayed onto the magnetized part prior to inspection. Its fluorescent particles accumulate where the magnetic field is interrupted, making the discontinuities visible under ultraviolet (UV) light.
